The poultry production is the one which showed the largest growth of the last 11 years and has tripled its production. In this period the annual growth rate was 9.2%.

Brazil is the second largest world producer of soybeans, with a production of 63.8 million ton and exportation of 36.4 million ton representing 35% of the world trade (including grain, oil, etc).
